Digital Products

ZyraDoc provides digital subscription-based services. Due to the nature of digital access, all payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical billing error
• Unauthorized transaction proven by investigation

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period.
