Digital Products

ZyraDoc provides digital subscription-based services. Due to the nature of digital access, all payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical billing error
• Unauthorized transaction proven by investigation

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can initiate a cancellation through your user dashboard profile settings or by sending a direct cancellation request to our support email. Following cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
